At present, we accept artwork files made by Adobe Illustrator(.ai),  Corel DRAW(.cdr), PDF(.pdf), PSD(.psd), JPG(.jpg) and TIFF image(.tif).  No matter what format of files you use, it must meet the requirements below:

, Ensure all images and relevant artwork are at 300dpi (300 pixels per INCH or 118 pixels per CM) before designing the layout (we may ask you to submit higher resolution versions in some instances). Please save all artwork in CMYK color mode.

, Convert all text to outlines / paths (the exact terminology depends on your software). Please INCLUDE the fonts when you submit the artwork if you haven't managed to convert the text.

, Include bleed on all layouts, it may slow down the setup of your order if we have to request new artwork from you. As a general rule, Plastic Card Printing artwork require 3mm bleed on each edge.

, Ensure that all artwork is clearly labelled (eg; Express_Front.pdf, Express_Back.pdf).

, When uploading your artwork online, please note the size of the file should not exceed 4MB.  Please compress all your file and introductions into .ZIP or .RAR or .SIT format before uploading.
